German Mathematician
A recognized professor of mathematics, Udo Vetter was born in Braunschweig, Germany, on October 6, 1938. As a student of Heinrich Behnke (1898-1979), Vetter wrote his dissertation with the title "Über nicht kontinuierlich operierende komplexe Transformationsgruppen auf komplexen Räumen" and obtained his "Dr. rer. nat." degree at the University of Münster in 1963.
